Concentrated seaweed

The concentrated form of seaweed seasoning is an exquisite way to add some new sea flavour to a lot of foods. All the seaweed is picked out and hand harvested from the west coast waters of Sweden. In that process the seaweed is air dried on clean rock and wooden platforms.
NATURALLY SIMPLE
All our seaweed is first specifically picked out in the purest form of the west coast waters. It is later soaked in filtered water to rinse off all the bacteria that may have arose. The seaweed is then put out on a wooden platform or clear warm rock where it is dried. Following that the weeds get grind down into flakes and then put into bags.
